What comes with the watch case?

Watch Case, bracelet, additional screws, tool, polishing cloth and bracelet pins.

What watch models do the cases fit

Our cases are designed for the apple watch 44mm and are compatible with series 4, 5, 6 and SE

Will I be able to wirelessly charge my phone?

Yes all cases are designed to work with wireless charging

How do I take care of my leather products?

You can use normal leather caring products to clean and maintenance the leather. Keep in mind that alcohol and chemicals will destroy the leather.

Postage Cost within Australia

We offer FREE delivery on all orders over $99. For all orders below $99, prices apply to the weight of the item(s).

How long will it take to ship my order

All Australian orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your order. If an item is out of stock, and remains unavailable for 48 hours, you will be notified immediately. All of our orders are tracked through Australia Post, this means we cannot leave your parcel at your front door.

Can I change my order?

Simply email us at info@sacredwear.com.au within 12 hours with your order number and enquiry.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, from the order date you have 14 days to return the product if it has been sent. If you cancel the order after it has been shipped you will have to pay $19.90 (AUD) for shipping.

When will I receive my product or products?

You will receive your product/s within 5 business days.

I have added the wrong delivery address, what do I do?

If the order has been shipped please contact Australia Post, if it has not been shipped please send an email to info@sacredwear.com.au as soon as possible.

Can I track my order?

Yes, when your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number.

Do you deliver worldwide?

Yes, we deliver worldwide.

I received the wrong product, what do I do?

If you have received the incorrect product please contact us on info@sacredwear.com.auand we will get back to you with instructions to exchange your product.
